A small company that does the whole job.
We install Goodman equipment
Most of our work is replacing old furnaces and converting homes from oil or electric heat to gas. We size every system for the house it goes in, handle the duct work ourselves, and come back the next season to check on it.
How a job goesSized for your house
We measure your house before we quote, so the equipment fits the home it heats and cools.
Our own duct crew
Duct work supplied and installed by us, not subcontracted to someone you’ve never met.

An older ranch house that finally got warm in the back bedrooms
Before
- A tired, older furnace
- A single undersized return
- Cold back bedrooms for years
After
- New Goodman furnace, sized for the house
- Second return in the hallway
- Dampers balanced room by room
The problem
The family had lived with cold back bedrooms for years and assumed it was the furnace.
What we found
It was partly the furnace, a tired, older unit, and partly a single undersized return.
What we did
We sized a new Goodman furnace for the house, added a second return in the hallway, and balanced the dampers room by room.
The result
The back bedrooms now stay as warm as the living room, and the furnace runs shorter, quieter cycles.
Before we left
We walked the homeowner through what we did, left the readings on the service sheet, and booked a check-in for the next season.

Questions we hear most
My furnace starts then shuts off. Why?
A dirty flame sensor or a clogged filter are the usual causes. Both are quick fixes.
Can my oil furnace be converted to gas?
Usually it is replaced with a gas furnace rather than converted. We check that gas service can reach the house first.
Will a heat pump keep up in winter?
Modern heat pumps heat well in our climate. For the coldest nights we size a backup heat source.
